I do like this centre and would reccoment it to anyone.

Positive Points
The staff here are great and I have never had any problems. I find them to be very friendly and caring and very approachable. I agree it is a bit commercialised but it is a big organisation and you have to expect that. I never have had a problem knowing what is going around bug wise, a notice is usually on the window of the door as you enter and on the notice board in the foyer. I feel very comfortable leaving my child here.
Negative Points
I dont feel that the children get the same level of care and attention when they move to the junior centre as they do in the infant centre. The staff seem to be less interested in the juniors than they are in the infants. I would prefer that my child could stay longer in the infant centre, say 2 1/2 or 3 yrs.

Infant and toddler centre
All up I would reccomend them, it is quite "comercialised" as in there is less of a personal feel with this child centre, but overall I feel my child is well cared for and happy at this centre.

Positive Points
Its a well set up centre, the staff seem friendly enough, altho there always seems to be someone different, I guess thats because they have a few student teachers who also have to attend courses or polytech. The numbers are fairly small and the children are always well entertained and they have alot of age appropriate activities. They check on sleeping children regularly and seem to follow all other protocols to a T.
Negative Points
The only negitive thing I could say is that they dont inform parents very quickly when bugs are going around, It can be very frustrating to pick up your child and be told after you have left them there all day that a tummy bug or whatever has been going thru the place for the past few days..... I would prefer for them to inform me at drop off and let me make the decision as to leave my child there or not.
